Where do I pay?
After seeing the doctor, go to the payment counter (수납, su-nap). This is usually near the main entrance, separate from the reception desk.
Payment methods
Most hospitals accept both cash and credit cards. Some also accept mobile payments like Samsung Pay or Kakao Pay.
Understanding your bill
Your bill includes consultation fees, any tests or procedures, and prescribed medications if dispensed at the hospital pharmacy.
Keep your receipt
Always ask for a receipt (영수증). You need it for insurance claims, tax deductions, and as proof of payment.
